I wanted to take the time to share with you some bodybuilding female strategies that can help improve your results. I've been training in this sport for almost a decade and in that time I've learned a lot. As a female, participating in a male dominated sport, I had to learn a lot of what I know on my own. I did a lot of trial and error, which takes a lot longer than most things should. As women we are different, but we can take advantage of a lot of different things to allow us to be extremely productive bodybuilders. I'm going to show you exactly what you're going to need to do to be great at this sport.When it comes to the exercises you choose to do in the gym, you have a lot of variety to choose from. Variety isn't your friend when you're really not sure what is going to produce you results. It will distract you from the things that need to get down. The secret to this is apparent in the gym if you look. Don't look at exercises based on how many people use them. Look at them based on the size of the people doing them. You'll notice those that do compound exercises like deadlifts and squats are far bigger than everyone else at the gym.The bodybuilding female needs to have a very strong diet. You can do everything right in the gym, but without the proper diet all those results will go to waste. Eating every 2-3hrs can go along way to help improve your results.
